Due to our continuing company growth, we are seeking to appoint a number of experienced Technical Account Managers (TAM) team to support in the delivery of our platform and services across our customer base.
The successful candidate will have a broad background/knowledge of software platforms, with a commercial flair and strong relationship management skills. The ability to listen, diagnose, solve problems and identify solutions efficiently is essential, with the confidence to illustrate ideas in written, verbal and visual form.
The role of Technical Account Manager is dedicated to providing technical guidance, customer relationship management and technical expertise to existing customers. The TAMs will interact with global customers, acting as the key advocate for the platform and a primary point of contact.
